What does this include?

Covers all aspects of finding and securing a suitable tenant, including all administration required to move a suitable tenant into the property (referencing, inventory, tenancy agreement, deposit scheme administration etc). Once moved in, the fee covers the day to day management of the tenancy and property, quarterly inspections, rent collection and direct income transfer to landlord, notice requiring possession etc. At the end of the tenancy the tenant is checked out and all final procedures concerning the tenant, property and return of deposit are completed.

How much does it cost?

There is an initial set up fee at the start of the first tenancy, this is as follows:

Properties up to £650 pcm £235.00 + VAT = £282.00
Properties over £650 pcm £285.00 + VAT = £342.00
  • Plus a monthly management fee of 10% of monthly rent + VAT
  • Re-Let Fee: £150.00 + VAT = £180.00 (for every new tenant, not renewal)

What does this include?

This covers all marketing and administration required to move suitable tenant into the property (including referencing, inventory, tenancy agreement etc). Once the tenant has moved in all responsibilities then pass to the landlord. Free legal cover for the first 12 months, should the tenant (s) defer on their rent.

How much does it cost?

 Rent Fee
Properties up to £575 pcm £360.00 + VAT = £432.00
Properties over £575 pcm £460.00 + VAT = £552.00

Additional Costs after the tenant has moved if a Let Only Landlord requires this:-

Check out and final inspection £75.00 + VAT = £90.00
Interim inspection £50.00 + VAT = £60.00
Notice requiring possession £25.00 + VAT = £30.00

We can purchase a Rent Recovery Plus product via HomeLet and note you as having an "interest in" this policy, for Landlords who wish to protect their rental income. Having an interest in this policy means that you may be able to benefit should a successful claim be made. Please speak to our Lettings Team for more information.
