What does this include?

Covers all aspects of finding and securing a suitable tenant, including all advertising and administration required to move a suitable tenant into the property (inventory, tenancy agreement, deposit scheme administration etc). Once moved in, the fee covers the day to day management of the tenancy and property, initial 3 month inspection and then 6 monthly inspections thereafter, rent collection and direct income transfer to landlord, serving of notices and check-out inspection and report.

What does this include?

This covers all marketing and administration required to move suitable tenant into the property (including, inventory, tenancy agreement etc). Once the tenant has moved in all responsibilities then pass to the landlord. Free legal cover for the first 12 months, should the tenant (s) defer on their rent.
